The Annual General Meeting of Vieskan Elementti Oy will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, starting at 18:00. A coffee reception will take place at 17:30. The meeting location is the company’s premises at Elementintie 8, Alavieska. The agenda includes matters stipulated in Section 11 of the Articles of Association, such as the approval of the financial statements and decisions on the discharge of the Board of Directors and the CEO from liability. The authorization for the preparation of an option program will also be discussed.
